Sorry To See Our Kune Pigs Leave
Mixed emotions as we said goodbye to a BEES Farm favourite.
Our Kune pigs are off to the City Farm where they will have much more space and grazing. The weather this winter, has meant that we have been unable to rest their paddocks properly. Animal welfare is paramount. We collectively felt that this is an important decision that had to be made.
The pigs are on loan to the City Farm and we will be visiting them on a regular basis. Sad that they have gone but happy that they are so close and will be spoilt rotten!
